Tbilisi lawyer was established in February, 2009 at Tbilisi Municipality as non-profit legal entity. In 2015 as a result of reorganization “Tbilisi Advocate” became “Municipal Center for Legal Aid and Community Inclusion”, the main value of which is protection of human rights and improvement of legal education. “Municipal Center for Legal Aid and Community Inclusion” works on civil-administrative and entrepreneurial-tax problematic issues. The organization implements free legal assistance for the protection of citizen’s rights, the main goal of which is to provide public with legal advice and assistance, to take measures for the improvement of legal education in public, protection of legal interests of citizens at the courts, state and local governance entities. One of the main projects is “My lawyer”, which provides citizens and representatives of small and medium business with free legal assistance. “My lawyer” helps last year students of law faculty and beginner lawyers to develop advocacy-practical skills. It is oriented to train and improve qualification of persons working on legal issues. “My Lawyer” serves citizens of Georgia.
